The Inn was exactly as described. I loved the location to all Manitou Springs has to offer, just off the edge if the strip. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The host was very kind as well! I'd be more than happy to stay here for my next trip to town. N/A

The location is great for walking all around Manitou Springs. Room was very clean and bathroom too. We stayed in the smaller room this time as it was only for 1 night on the last night of an 18-day road trip thru 4 states. The suite room was great for when we stayed longer than one night but we had enough room for our suitcases and other bags of food and other things. You can’t beat the price unless you stay outside of Manitou at a chain hotel, maybe. But then you have to drive everywhere. We’ve walked to several bars and restaurants from this property during our two stays. Not really the hotel’s fault but an alarm clock was going off in the empty room next to us very early in the morning. I work for an airline and this has happened at multiple hotels (in my room) over the past year in the USA so maybe it’s some trend with stupid people to set alarm clocks in hotels before they check out?! Then we heard a woman singing and a toddler crying so it’s easy to hear things apparently. But I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It beats staying in Colorado Springs or Denver area hotels where you have to dodge dangerous criminals and junkies.

I was trying to get across Texas and optimistically made reservation for the fountain creek inn. I was delayed in starting trip, got into Dallas very late, and realized I could not make a 10 hour drive on 3 hours sleep.. I alerted the Inn that I would not make it (so to rent it off possible) She very graciously refunded my pet deposit and is working with me to make a reservation on return trip.

The rustic charm, and details like industrial pipe for the outside stairs railing and towel holders. Even the furniture looked like stepping into a cabin with distressed wood painted end tables, and metal farmhouse dining chairs, a giant full length framed mirror hung on the wall next to a clothing rack with shelf and hangers, and giant wood and tin plaques were complimenting wall decor. The place was spotless too, like deep cleaned. A coffee machine in the corner dining table and ear plugs in baggies on the end table, but was very quiet and peaceful so didn’t need them. Even the town was quiet at night, and police patrolled, so felt very safe. Was more scared of bears, but thankfully we just saw two deers! Took pictures of the yard area on the side of hotel that my dogs utilized, it was up against a mountain and walls in the yard were painted. Looked like a possible fire pit too. I believe the owner, Michelle, was easy to get a hold of, responded right away to messages, and was super helpful and friendly in extending our stay. Was 10 units, I think, nestled behind a house off the main road in Manitou Springs, so felt a little more private, which was nice. Definitely recommend staying here! The price is very affordable, especially for the location. It’s a gem of a motel that we will definitely book again on the next trip. Thank you!! Nothing.

Quiet building for such an historic town. Wind was raging up to 70 mph outside and I had no clue inside. Adorable and comfortable rooms. Friendly and prompt staff. Convenient walking distance to everything. Creek is calming and peaceful.

The location was tucked away and by the creek so it was peaceful and mountian views to boot. The room was open and cozy and I would definitely stay again Nothing the staff was amazing 👏

We stayed in the suite room and it was very comfortable and spacious. We had a lot of baggage so the smaller rooms would have been a tight squeeze for us. It’s very clean too. The corner cubby table was better than eating snacks on a bed in a hotel room as well. And we liked having a sofa in a living room. The location was great as we could easily walk to everywhere in the town like restaurants, bars, the penny arcade etc. It was also a short drive to other sights in the area. Nothing wrong with the stay. A roll of paper towels would have been nice but not a big deal.

Michelle was super nice and understanding on the phone. The booking websites show there is a no pet policy. When I called she made an exception and said I can leave cash on the table for the pet fee. Maybe a couple of extra coffee pods, there is no one here to ask for extras at 5am. Overall, I have nothing here. Good stay.

The Fountain Inn is a good value and a great location! We were able to easily walk everywhere! We walked into town along main street for fun shopping and delicious meals. We also drove a short distance for some hiking! Wonderful trip!

Check in was easy. I like that you dont have to worry about office hours, so if you're running a bit late, it has automated check in. Location is nice. Room was clean. There is plenty of parking (just not up against the building). The Inn doesn't show up on Apple Maps. So we were a little lost and had to switch to my phone to find it. I'm not sure how much of that is really the fault of the Inn.
