Our room #105 has recently (and lovingly) been fully renovated! We love the bright and clean vibe of our room and we hope that you'll find its design and aesthetic to your liking as well. You will definitely love the expansive and scenic views of the Rockies and the rolling foothills that surround Manitou Springs out your room's window and you'll also love being so close to downtown Manitou Springs; it's just a short walk to the heart of downtown or up to the trailhead of the famous Manitou Incline. Every room is cleaned by a company that specializes in vacation rental cleaning and we offer high quality coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap for your enjoyment. All of our bed sheets, comforters, and towels are professionally laundered at one of Colorado Springs' best commercial laundromats. This is a PET-FRIENDLY room. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog in a message.

Please be mindful of all of our guests who are staying in the adjacent rooms. * No large gatherings or parties are allowed. * No unauthorized guests are allowed to stay overnight. * No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside. If smoking outside on the property, please keep all windows and doors fully closed and please smoke 10+ feet away from the door. Please avoid any kind of fire risks and leave no cigarette butts or trace of smoking behind. (We levy a $300 fine if we discover that anyone has smoked cigarettes or marijuana inside of our room.) * Pick up all pet feces outside immediately to be considerate of other guests in the common outdoor spaces. If your pet causes any messes or damages to the room please let us know immediately so that we can make the appropriate repairs or schedule extra cleaning in a timely manner. We will request reimbursements from you for any extra cleaning or repairs caused by your pet. We take great care of this property and we sincerely ask that you respect our Fountain Creek Inn. The Fountain Creek Inn is located on the main strip of Manitou Springs, less than a 5 minute walk west of The Circle in the heart of downtown. We love our town and our location and we are excited for you to come and stay with us and experience Manitou Springs for yourself! Our Inn is located less than a block away from the boutique shops, mineral water springs, and bars and restaurants of downtown Manitou Springs, but just far enough away from downtown to experience a serene, quiet, and peaceful environment. The Inn is situated directly above the Fountain Creek which provides a tranquil ambiance.

Guest access

Upon arriving at the Fountain Creek Inn, you'll find ample private parking right near the entrance to your private queen bedroom. Each room has an extremely secure electronic deadbolt lock with a keypad. You'll receive your entry code prior to your check-in date along with other useful information.

I have stayed at the inn twice now. Pictures and descriptions are accurate and It is in a great and safe location with easy parking. Less than 1 mile walk to everything there is to do in Manitou.

We never had to contact Michal for anything, which is a good thing. Everything was exactly as advertised. Super easy to access and directly off the main road out of town. Perfect!

A 2 minute drive to the Miramont Castle Museum. A 3 minute drive to the Intemann Trailhead. A 4 minute drive to the SunWater Spa (mineral hot spring tubs!). A 4 minute drive to the historic Manitou Cliff Dwellings. A 5 minute drive to the Incline Trailhead, the Barr Trail, and the Pike's Peak Cog Railway. A 5 minute drive to the Cave of the Winds Mountain Park. A 6 minute drive to Balancing Rock within Garden of the Gods. A 6 minute walk to the Manitou Springs Penny Arcade.
