Our Garden House will offer you and your guests will need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, peaceful stay here in Manitou Springs. You will definitely love the expansive and scenic views of the Rockies and the rolling foothills that surround Manitou Springs out of our home's windows and you'll also love being so close to downtown Manitou Springs; it's just a short walk to the heart of downtown or up to the trailhead of the famous Manitou Incline. As you step inside, you'll find yourself in the living room where you'll find an extremely comfortable sectional couch, 4K smart TV (with access to all of the streaming media apps) . You'll find new and spacious furniture that is both comfortable and stylish. Every corner of our vacation home is designed to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your stay. A sliding glass door off of the kitchen will bring you out to the outdoor patio area. With its comfortable seating and ample exposure to sun, it's a perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, unwinding, meditating, reading next to the lovely Fountain Creek, which runs through our property. ✔ two bedrooms to accommodate your guests: one king bedroom as well as a bedroom with two queen beds and a full-size trundle bed ✔ a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, coffee brewing machine, and all the cookware you'll need to cook every meal ✔ well-stocked bathrooms; you won't want or need for anything during your stay ✔ a dining room which has seating + space for four to comfortably dine together ✔ a laundry closet next to the full bathroom with a new washer + dryer

Our vacation home is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and staged. We offer high quality coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap for your enjoyment. All of our bed sheets, comforters, and towels are professionally laundered at one of Colorado Springs' best commercial laundromats.

* Quiet hours are from 9PM - 7AM. * No pets are allowed. * No large gatherings or parties are allowed. * No unauthorized guests are allowed to stay overnight. * No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside. If smoking outside on the property, please keep all windows and doors fully closed and please smoke 10+ feet away from the door. Please avoid any kind of fire risks and leave no cigarette butts or trace of smoking behind. We levy a $300 fine if we discover that anyone has smoked cigarettes or marijuana inside of our cottage. We take great care of this property and we sincerely ask that you respect our cottage! Thank you!

We love our town and our location and we are excited for you to come and stay with us and experience Manitou Springs for yourself! Our cottage is located less than a block away from the boutique shops, mineral water springs, and bars and restaurants of downtown Manitou Springs, but just far enough away from downtown to experience a serene, quiet, and peaceful environment. Our cottage is situated directly above the Fountain Creek which provides a tranquil ambiance. Manitou Springs is a charming and unique town located at the base of Pikes Peak in Colorado. It's known for its natural mineral springs, quirky shops, and outdoor attractions. Consider checking out these attractions when you're in town: Garden of the Gods: Although technically located in Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods is just a short drive from Manitou Springs. Explore the unique red rock formations and enjoy hiking, rock climbing, or a scenic drive. Visit the Manitou Springs Penny Arcade: Step back in time at this historic arcade featuring a variety of vintage games and machines. It's a fun and nostalgic experience for all ages. Michal’s place was perfect for the family time w my sisters! Right next to a stream so we even did a morning yoga practice outside. Clean and very pleasant inside. Michal was very responsive w any questions we had.

This place was great for accessing Manitou Springs, especially the downtown area. Just a block or two away from the start of all the shops and restaurants, and right off the road. We did get two door knocks requesting to check in to the motel situated on the back end of the property even though the place is well marked as a private residence in multiple spots. The place itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable; had everything we needed!

We have free private parking on site for our guests - did we mention we're walking distance from the one of a kind shops, galleries, the arcade, trails, parks, the mineral springs, SunWater Spa, and the Incline? A 2 minute drive to the Miramont Castle Museum. A 3 minute drive to the Intemann Trailhead. A 4 minute drive to the SunWater Spa (mineral hot spring tubs!). A 4 minute drive to the historic Manitou Cliff Dwellings. A 5 minute drive to the Incline Trailhead, the Barr Trail, and the Pike's Peak Cog Railway. A 5 minute drive to the Cave of the Winds Mountain Park. A 6 minute drive to Balancing Rock within Garden of the Gods. A 6 minute walk to the Manitou Springs Penny Arcade.
