Our suite #204 has recently (and lovingly) been fully renovated! We love the bright and clean vibe of our suite and we hope that you'll find its design and aesthetic to your liking as well. It is a lovely space with a breakfast nook, full kitchen sink, microwave and refrigerator. It comes with a full size Serta futon couch in addition to the queen bed in the attached room. You will definitely love the expansive and scenic views of the Rockies and the rolling foothills that surround Manitou Springs out your room's window and you'll also love being so close to downtown Manitou Springs; it's just a short walk to the heart of downtown or up to the trailhead of the famous Manitou Incline. Every room is cleaned by a company that specializes in vacation rental cleaning and we offer high quality coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap for your enjoyment. All of our bed sheets, comforters, and towels are professionally laundered at one of Colorado Springs' best commercial laundromats.

The Fountain Creek Inn is located on the main strip of Manitou Springs, less than a 5 minute walk west of The Circle in the heart of downtown. We love our town and our location and we are excited for you to come and stay with us and experience Manitou Springs for yourself! Our Inn is located less than a block away from the boutique shops, mineral water springs, and bars and restaurants of downtown Manitou Springs, but just far enough away from downtown to experience a serene, quiet, and peaceful environment. The Inn is situated directly above the Fountain Creek which provides a tranquil ambiance.

Guest Access

Upon arriving at the Fountain Creek Inn, you'll find ample private parking right near the entrance to your private queen bedroom. Each room has an extremely secure electronic deadbolt lock with a keypad. You'll receive your entry code prior to your check-in date along with other useful information.

The Fountain Creek Inn was just perfect. What an adorable little drive up Inn. Clean, convenient, and in a beautiful spot, we’d 100% return. A short walk to the downtown area of Manitou, this was absolutely ideal to not have to worry about the chaotic parking that can be Manitou. So glad we found the Fountain Creek Inn.

Loved the location. An easy walk into town but on the edge so a little quieter. The place was clean and comfortable. When we asked for some supplies they were taken care of quickly. Wonderful spot.

First thing I love about the place is the proximity to -Manitou incline - Garden of the Gods - The train to get to the summit of the peak -lots of shops to het art work and restaurants to chill around - just to name a few

The location, simple comforts, and responsive communication was ideal! It was such a quick drive to the Cliff Dwellings and Garden of the Gods. The space was quiet and WIFI reliable for working. I recommend and would stay here again during the next trip. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!

We loved our stay at Michal's place in Manitou Springs! The location was perfect—right off the main drive, making it an easy walk to dining, coffee, and shops. My sister and I enjoyed walking to The Incline and the Pikes Peak Cog Train, and it was a quick drive to Garden of the Gods for hiking. The vibe of the Airbnb was great, and the convenience made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

It was clean and as described. I will say it has more of a barebones motel vibe vs. cozy home feel. The attendant (I can’t remember her name) was sweet and very helpful. The only issue I came across was not having an outlet next to the bed to charge everything, and I kept hitting my head on the sconces on the bed (but those are me issues)
